Converted Muslim Now Singing for Christ

Former Muslim and breakout artist Kareemah El Amin releases debut Christian Album March 14th 2014. This blood washed daughter of the KING who upon God doing a miracle in her life (3 years ago) and now on fire for Jesus is delighted to share this life-long dream now realized through Christ. The upcoming release titled I Have No Tears for Me is an EP/CD anointed with sounds from heaven. Each track gives full expression to the love and commitment of Christ in us. I Have No Tears for Me is a spiritual espy of what’s to come from this gifted singer, prolific songwriter, and seasoned artist.

On this project she is joined by Stellar Award-winning composer Matthew Brownie of Minstrel Productions, co-writer of the hit song, “Never Would Have Made It,” by Marvin Sapp. Kareemah is also joined by Billboard songwriter and Christian artist Carmen Calhoun, in a foot-stomping, up-tempo duet Kareemah penned entitled, “Walking In Heaven." Rounding out this all-star team is Grammy Award winning engineer Dave Carlock of 27 Sounds.

Kareemah has worked in the artistic industry her entire life creating music, film and theatrical works, acting as a catalyst for change using the arts as her manifesto.  With an artistic bio that details a long list of accomplishments including, penning her first professionally published song at the age of 13, touring the Midwest playing Effie in the Broadway smash hit, Dream Girls with The Talent Factory, writing and producing R&B, Hip Hop and Rap music for emerging artist’s around the country; author, and successful blogger.

Many hats are worn by this servant leader we call Kareemah. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Food Bank Council of Michigan (FCBM), and is the Founder of Kareemah El-Amin Ministries, an online ministry commissioned to spreading the gospel of Jesus across the internet.

A published author, “The Seven by Four Breakthrough Anointing: Mountain Moving Faith” book and workbook debuted March, 2013 and has been well received as a teaching tool. She is currently writing a children's book series, entitled Abba's Girls, scheduled to be released in the fall of 2014.
